  • I did it. I’ve finally made it to the finish line. K-12, then 13, 14, 15, 16, and since I’m a super senior, 17. I finally, finally did it and I feel super…and senior.

I’m always reminding myself
to count my blessings
because there will never be a moment
where I won’t run out of fingers.

UCI Blessing #1:
Even though my journey through college has been ridiculously abnormal, there truly is a purpose behind everything. To keep a very dramatic and long story short, UC Irvine has been the catalyst for my music. If it weren’t for the people I met here, I would not be watching my dream unfold with each passing day.
UCI Blessing #2:
Being a huge foodie, I naturally seek out the best eateries in any new town. If you’re ever in Irvine, try these:
1. Le Dip-Affordable, delicious, hot sandwiches. I recommend the Chicken, Broccoli, Mushroom with extra garlic sauce and sriracha. If your arteries could use some more clogging, get the Cordon Bleu. Your arteries may groan, but your tongue will sing with gratitude.
2. Shinsengumi-AMAZING. JAPANESE. RAMEN. AND. YAKITORI. There’s almost always a wait for dinner. You’ve been warned!
3. Fish Grill- Self Explanatory
4. The Balcony-I only go here for the shaved “ice” with strawberries, mangos and mochi. That mochi means business y’all.
5. Kaiten Sushi-Affordable, delicious revolving sushi. Never take things off the belt, I always put in an order so I know it’s been freshly made.
6. Tokyo Table-Not as affordable as the others, but the seared ahi tuna, agedashi tofu and fried fruits are divine.
UCI Blessing #3:
This place has brought me some of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. You know who you are. You all have special, sentimental yet hilarious nicknames on my phone. We’ve mapped out all of Irvine leaving our memories in its dust. =) I love you all.
So what am I doing now, you ask?
-The debut album, of course!
-Working part-time teaching the autistic children I love so dearly.
JUNE 11th will go down as the most FREEING day of my entire life. Clara C has graduated, y’all and she’s going to hit the gas HARD. =)
